Hi, I’m Sarah!
First, Thank You for showing up not only for me but for yourself! I believe health and wellness shouldn’t be hard or inaccessible to anyone in the world!

I’m a soon to be Board Certified Nurse Coach

I’m a Bachelorette Registered Nurse with a massive passion for more functional medicine. I started my Nurse Coaching journey in the Summer of 2025. My focus is to help women redefine their health and wellness through lifestyle changes. I focus on preventative medicine and empower clients to not only choose better for themselves but to create sustainable lifestyle changes that will benefit them in the long run.
Do to residing in NY state, and licensure laws, I can only take clients residing in NY (for now and when I’m officially board certified). So instead of letting this keep my practice smaller I decided to create a blog and spread wealthy information to all who are looking for guidance in creating a sustainable healthy life!
My focuses will be intentional living, mindfulness, wellbecoming, health, and home life. I will offer not only up to date information due to my educational background but also sustainable practices for individuals to practice routinely to enhance their life .

Intentional Living and The Home

Our environments are directly linked to our physical and mental health. Think about how you live your life each day what does it look like? Do you have structure? Is it wild, sporadic, and chaotic? Or is it crowded filled with all those “to do’s” Maybe it’s drowned out by phone scrolling, or excessive Netflix watching.

Is your space clean or soiled? Is it clear or crowded? Do you feel comfortable in your home? Most of the time our personal environments are a direct correlation to how we are feeling inside of ourselves and how we are feeling within.

Living with Intention may give you a purpose and reason to strive for tackling some of those things you have been pushing off for a while. It means creating goals as well as structure in your day to day life. Most importantly you become present not only within yourself but your immediate environment.

I believe creating a clean, organized, and simple home will not only help individuals but your families to become not only more organized but also reduce stress.

Wellbecoming

Wellness is considered a static word to me. But Wellbecoming is a wellness that is constantly growing and evolving as an individual transforms and grows.
Wellbecoming is never a set goal but more of a journey that we walk along. A journey that I hope I can assist you on.

Health

I wouldn’t be a Registered Nurse if I didn’t discuss health on my blog! Health takes the shape of many forms and can also look like having many diagnosis, something I despise.
I’m not going to focus on labels of what individuals have but rather assist them in how to transform their health with personalized steps. Focusing on lifestyle changes creates knowledge and resources for someone to be able to adopt better health goals. Many begin to understand how even the simplest changes improve their changes of obtaining the goals they desire to achieve.
