The Cultivating Growth Journaling Prompts are meant to help you bring awareness towards a certain area in your life you want to work on. Take these nice and slow by creating a space, light that candle or incense, set out the crystals. Take some deep breaths to relax and calm your mind before starting these prompts. Tell yourself. I am in a safe space.

Pick one instance that has made you feel uncomfortable or that you want to work on. I suggest starting small for this. Starting with larger emotions or a large area in your life might be overwhelming and may be best to tackle them after you have performed this exercise a few times with other emotions and thoughts you may have experienced.
What is one area you want to focus on? Is it that voice in the back of your mind? Do you have an area you really want to focus on? If you need to think about multiple topics that have been coming up in your daily life or topics that seem to arouse a negative response in your body. When you have them write them down. Focus on one for this exercise.
Journaling Prompts
What area/ topic am I focusing on cultivating growth?
What are some of the feelings/ emotions I experience when this topic/ situation arises?
Was their physical symptoms thinking about this topic? If so what were they?
Was there any negative thoughts that arose? If so what were they?
Think of a few ways to bring positivity into this topic, and write them down.
Now pick a few actions and begin to perform them. Commit to a practice and hold yourself accountable.
Review what you have performed, what has changed, how have you grown?
Actions to Cultivate Growth
After writing this down take a moment to really unpack all that is surrounding this topic. After deciding what positivity you want to bring into the topic do not hesitate and start performing it as soon as the pen leaves the paper!
Positivity does not have to be a large action, this could be as simple small steps, even the act of smiling can brighten your mood around this subject. You could even try replacing the negative words with only positive ones that play out in your head to see how they sound!
Continue to Come Back
Revisit these prompts and journal how your actions might have cultivated growth through these subtle changes. If you have begin to lose persistence ask yourself why and what could be done to get yourself back into cultivating your growth.
Consultancy is key so even if you might have lost motivation it is never too late to jump back in and start where you left off!.
