    1. Yes! There are now studies linked to “Forest Bathing” and “grounding” where you walk on the Earth in bare feet, it actually reduces body inflammation! Nature is truly powerful!

    1. Doesn’t it?! I always find my children do the best too when I get them outside, they can become a bundle of nerves if they’ve been sitting inside for too long!

  2. Great tips. Simple but quite effective. I totally agree about going outdoors more often. It makes a huge difference. One being natural vitamin D helps with sleep.
