Intentional living isn’t just about our thoughts and actions, it is also about the reflection of our homes, and the lifestyles we are trying to create when we are not out or working. I am also a string believer that what is happening internally will eventually be seeped out externally. I put a strong focus on the home life and creating a firm foundation for everyone that resides within it.

Lately the term “slow living” has been popping up all over me feed. It had me thinking if we truly are happy living the “rise and grind” culture. To be personally honest, the answer is no for me.
