Intentional living really starts with us as the foundation. We need to have health and wellness to improve and maintain a balanced life!

However, have you ever wondered if every new, innovative idea about our health marketed is necessarily the best thing? I have often wondered this when I have seen friends and loved ones be told of the “next best thing”. Or starting to try some new that doesn’t seem to really be making a difference.

Often I find less is more, especially in dealing with health. In this category I will be discussing all things pertaining to health and wellness. I also will be discussing how to take a more intentional, mindful approach to establish and maintain proper health!

When we become aware of an area in our lives that is not to our standards is when we can begin to create conscious changes. Creating better decisions to improve our health and wellness will create long longevity.
