Hi, I’m Sarah!
Thank you so much for coming here and creating space for me in your life! It is my goal to create awareness in individuals by becoming intentional in your habits and actions. So here’s a bit About me and this blog.
As a Woman I’ve felt Alone
Life isn’t alway easy and I know many women can feel alone, left out, or even a burden to others when their life seems less than others.
I know; I’ve been there. I can say I have had friends that I couldn’t be my true self in. To make matters worse I felt like I could only talk about certain things or my friends would become bored, or think I was weird. They obviously weren’t my true friends.
But it was that experience has fueled me to create this space Sarahspeaking and branch out to women empowering them to create an intentional lifestyle. One that we are all proud to call our own.
What Is Intentional Living?
When you think about how you live your life each day what does it look like? Do you have structure? Is it wild, sporadic, and chaotic? Or is it crowded filled with all those “to do’s” Maybe it’s drowned out by phone scrolling, excessive Netflix watching, each day feels boring and the same.
Living with Intention gives you a purpose, it gives your life, your house, and your family a purpose. You have a plan, actions, and a goal in mind. It might look different for everyone, but the point is; it’s yours.
Intentional Living Creates Structure
Can I just tell you I’ve lived my life in both unstructured and structured, and I perform a structure.
What do I mean by this?
I have gone each day living without any real goal, not doing much just hangin’ out if you will. I felt this shallowness deep inside. It wasn’t filling!
When I started to wake up, set daily goals, reminders, focus on tasks, and create my house into a home I began to feel my spirits lift. I feel purposeful when I carry out each day with some sort of structure.
Living Intentional Reduces Stress
Having an awareness of your life is going to change how you show up for yourself.
You’re going to notice that when you carry out each of your days with intentional practices (they don’t have to be big) you will notice less stress. That’s because you’re becoming aware of how you used to live throughout the day and creating new habits.
